Who pays the shipping return fee?

In most cases, we do!  No one likes dealing with returns. We get it. And we do our very best to make this process as painless and easy as possible.

It is very rare that a customer processes a return for an item that has arrived in excellent condition. However, on the rare occasion that this happens and a customer simply changes their mind and no longer wants the item, then it would be the customer's responsibility to return the item back to Life is a Doodle at their own cost. We will gladly provide a discounted shipping label. 

If you are returning due to an error on our part or a faulty product, then the tables turn entirely and we will provide you with a 100% refund including shipping.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. 

Refund Processing Time

As soon as we receive your returned product it typically takes 24 hours for our team to review the condition of the return and begin the refund process. Once the refund has been applied it typically takes 48 - 72 hours to reflect on your credit card or bank statement. You will also receive a confirmation letting you know when the refund has been processed so that you can keep an eye on it. If for any reason your refund does not come through, just reach out to support.lifeisadoodle@gmail.com and we will get it sorted out for you!

Everyone stay calm. We will kick into stellar customer service mode and do whatever we can to make this right for you! By filling out this easy form below we will get your case worked on pronto and come up with a solution for you. Typically, we will send a working replacement at no cost to you.
