Can I purchase Life is a Doodle products in a store?
  • Life is a Doodle diaries can only be purchased directly on our website, on Amazon or on Walmart.com
    • What is the difference between the diaries and journals?
  • Primarily, the lock is the differentiating factor. Some of our diaries include a combination lock and other include a padlock with keys. We also offer a variety of colors and designs.
    • Which diaries and journals do you recommend for different age groups?
  • Typically, we recommend the diaries with pad lock and keys for younger girls ages 5-8 and we recommend the diaries with combination locks for older girls 9 years old and up. Although, every child is different and depending on the child one design may be better than another.
    • What does the inside of the Life is a Doodle Diary look like?
  • Our diaries are designed for free-writing and are unprompted. The right pages are ruled for writing and the left pages are blank drawing. Each page has a place to record the date in top right corner and each diary comes with a title page.

    • What happens if I forget my password?
  • If you forget your password, please see these steps on our customer support page.
    • What happens if I've lost my diary keys?
    • If you have mis-placed your diary keys just reach out to us and we will send you a new set! We may ask that you pay the shipping fee but the keys will be on us :-) 
    What happens if my diary lock jams up and stops working?

    • If I order a diary or journal now, when will it arrive?
